At Build Your Own LMS, we strive to provide high-quality services and digital products to our customers. We understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds: Customers who find our product not as expected can request a refund. Please note that we don’t provide refunds for a change of mind after payment. The full amount, minus 18% GST, will be refunded upon approval of the refund request.
  2. Time Frame: Customers have 7 days after delivery to request a refund. Refund requests received outside of this time frame may not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Refunds will be considered only if there has been a failure to obtain customer approval at significant stages of the project or service delivery.
  4. Refund Process: To request a refund, please send an email to anoop@buildyourownlms.in with your order details and the reason for the refund.
  5. Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  6. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that we do not offer refunds on any services or digital products where a change of mind occurs after payment.
  7. Exceptions: Generally, there are no exceptions to our refund policy. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  8. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, customers are advised that they have the right to file a court case within the jurisdiction of Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India.
